Deliveries and returns

Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2 to 6 business days from the day following payment for in-stock products. For custom-made products, the manufacturing and delivery time will be specified when the quote is validated.

DELIVERY IN FRANCE

You can choose your delivery method:

  • Delivery to a Pickup point within 2 to 4 working days.
  • Colissimo home delivery within 2 to 3 business days.
  • Chronopost Express Delivery. Home delivery the next day before 6pm for all orders placed before noon.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Delivery method: Colissimo Home Delivery with signature, within 3 to 6 working days (indicative delivery time depending on the destination and excluding time spent in customs).

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return any items you do not wish to keep, with the exception of custom-made products which, after acceptance of the quote, are neither returned nor exchanged, except in the event of a lack of conformity or hidden defect.

RETURN FROM FRANCE

Returns are free in mainland France.

To make a return, go to your account, under "My Orders" and select "Make a Return", or click directly here.

Select the order in question and submit your request. Once your request is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions and your return label. You can then choose between an exchange and a refund.

RETURN FROM ABROAD

Returns are at your expense and delivery costs will not be refunded.

Return conditions

Refund

After receiving the returned product, the refund will be made within 14 working days maximum.

However, delivery costs will not be refunded for partially returned orders or for orders placed with express delivery.
